Delivery information
For all UK orders, regardless of the amount purchased, the charge for postage and packing will be £1.99.

For all NON –UK orders the charge for delivery will be calculated at the point of you entering your address.

Bulk Orders postage and packing fees may alter from the above terms. Please contact us prior to placing your order for a quotation.

We aim to dispatch fully paid orders within 3-5 working days for the UK and 7-14 working days for Non UK addresses.

Most orders will be sent via Royal Mail, however, in some instances ie/ heavy orders, we may use other services that we deem appropriate.

All orders will be dispatched to the address stated by you when you place your order.

We do not accept liability for delays caused once the items have been dispatched.

We may refuse your order if the items you choose are out of stock, or if we identify any errors with price or description of any item. We may also refuse your order if we encounter problems obtaining your payment.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order by emailing or telephoning us as soon as possible. If your order has not already been shipped then we will cancel it for you.

Any cards that have been personalised for you cannot be cancelled.

Returns/Refunds
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund the cost of the items to you, so long as they are returned to us in perfect condition within 30days of you accepting receipt of the order.

Please send your item(s) back to us using the original packaging together with your name address and a full refund of your item(s) will be given.

Please Note: A refund for any postage and packaging fees will not be given, unless the reason for returning the item(s) is due to an unlikely mistake made by us. In this instance, a full refund of your item(s) and all your postage and packing fees will be given.

Orders that have been personalised for you can not be returned, unless the return is due to an unlikely mistake made by us, in this instance a full refund including all your postage and packing fees will be given.
We would ask you to obtain proof of postage for any items you return to us.

We guarantee to dispatch your item in perfect condition. We do not accept liability for any items damaged during transit.

Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock we will notify you by email and offer you either a refund or, where appropriate, offer you a substitute item. If the substitute item is worth more than the out of stock item we will not charge you the difference. If the cost of the substitute item is worth less than the out of stock item we will refund the difference to you.

Paying for your items is secure and easy. Just add the items you wish to purchase by clicking the “add to cart” option. Then continue by clicking the “checkout” button at any time to continue to pay for your order.
You can pay by credit or debit card for you items through Paypal or use your Paypal account.

Any details regarding your home address, name and email address will be used for delivery and contact purposes only during your order process up to dispatch.
